Open Meetings

As a department of Delta College, the Foundation and its Public Media stations are governed by the elected College Board of Trustees.  According to page 7 of that group's bylaws document, which was last revised in 2020, it follows Michigan’s Open Meetings laws.  According to Article VI, Section 5., related to meetings, All meetings of the Board of Trustees, except closed sessions called in conformity with law, shall be open to the public, as required by Michigan law.

Not all of the Delta College Board of Trustees meeting include discussion of items affecting its public media stations. However, when a specific item is included, we post that information to advise the public in advance. Following is/are such agendas, to meetings that are open to the public.
